1. Raw Materials
All the raw materials are purchased from our own contracted farmers, which will be fresh and high quality, no risk of the pesticide.
2. Cleaning & Sterilizing
Materials will be washed and sterilized, stalks, leaves and moldy materials will be removed manually.
3. Vacuum Freeze Drying
After cleaning and sterilizing, materials will be quickly frozen at minus 35C and then shape into specific sizes, back to frozen chamber again, finally dried in the vacuum freeze dryer, turned into natural delicious dried products by sublimation.
4. Testing
Products will be tested once by the metal detector and selected twice by manually. Moreover, our lab will test each bacth of product and issue Certificate Of Analysis.
5. Packing
Inner pack: 8kgsor 10kgs per double food-grade PE bag, heat sealed.
Outer pack: agglutinate carton without nails, sealed with tape.
Q1. Are you a trading company or freeze dried factory?
A: Freeze dried factory, which has been manufacturing and wholesaling freeze dried products for more than 15 years.
Q2. How do I know your quality?
A: Third-party certifications such as BRC, FDA, HACCP, BRC, ISO 9001, etc, product photos/videos and free samples can verify our quality. If necessary, you could pay a visit to our factory.
Q3. Can I get a sample first? And how does it charge?
A:Yes, free sample is available with freight collect or prepaid.
Q4. What's your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 300kg, lower quantity is OK for trial order, you can also contact us for mixed container.
Q5. What about the shipping methods?
A: Samples by TNT, UPS, DHL, FEDEX or EMS.
